The sky didn’t fall, even when it opened. The VMAs landed smack in the middle of Fashion Week and threatened to rain on our stargazing parade, but in the end — after all the wailing, teeth-gnashing, and prophesies of doom — neither an awful awards show nor an actual deluge could spoil the celebrity turnout in the front rows. Google CEO Larry Page Gets Married

Friday, December 14th, 2007

larrymarried

Last week (Dec. 8), Google co-founder Larry Page (34) married Lucy Southworth (27), a doctoral student at Stanford University. The two tried their best to keep the marriage a secret affair, but Google’s own search engine revealed the the couple would be getting married on Necker Island, Richard Branson’s 74-acre estate in the Virgin Islands.

With Larry Page’s worth of $20 billion, I hope his lawyers created a rock solid prenuptial agreement since the two have only dated for a little over a year.

Way to go Lucy for locking down the richest bachelor in Silicon Valley!

The first season of Lost would’ve been a lot shorter, if they had an Eton Voice Link Radio ($150) with them. Unlike standard emergency radios that just receive transmissions, the Voice Link can also also establish two way communication to any Family Radio Search-enabled device.

And don’t worry about batteries, the Voice link is can be powered using the included hand crank charger!
