Power Nap for an Afternoon Energy Boost

More and more we’re spending a significant part of our afternoons staring blankly at a computer screen, or just trying to stay awake for a boring afternoon department staff meeting.
Sneak away during lunch or break, and recharge yourself with a power nap. Power naps lasts from 10-20 minutes and help maximize the benefits cell repair, heart function, and hormonal maintenance in as short a time as possible.
Cornell University social psychologist James Maas found that even a 10-minute snooze improved job performance.

Power naps are great. They are quick and easy and you feel the benefits immediately. If you have difficulty falling asleep, or you are afraid you will wake up groggy, take a look at power nap kit. There are several guided relaxation sessions you can listen to; there’s a book with useful info, and a chime will automatically awaken you so that you don’t sleep longer than 25 minutes or so.
